Hi, I'm Jacob Ong, also known as 佑民 · PropNex Malaysia

My journey in property began with one goal: to buy a home for my family. That is how I learned how big the decision is, and how much there is to check before you sign.

Today I help local and overseas buyers with luxury new projects and bungalows in Kuala Lumpur. I start with your plan, to live, to invest or to prepare for life in Malaysia, then we compare location, space, price and costs together.

I am a property investor myself, so I like to study every type of property. I also train other agents, which you can see below.

I train agents to research before they recommend.

I am a Project Trainer at PropNex Malaysia, in the Professional Project Training (PPT) programme. My main subject is research and study: how to read a project, a location and a market before you advise anyone to buy.

Most recently on stage at PPT Prime, June 2026. The same research goes into every plan I make for my own clients.
